If you’re not satisfied with your painting, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging, and proof of purchase is required. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and must be carried out using the same service I used for delivery. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. It’s essential to send clear, detailed photos of both the artwork and the packaging to document the issue. All shipments are insured, and these images will help determine the next steps and whether an insurance claim needs to be filed.
